It combines InterClean's patented Centri-Spinner high pressure washing system with brush modules to safely, thoroughly and quickly wash modern fleets. Typical brush machines are prone to damaging side mirrors, windscreen wipers and tail light covers. Brush machines rarely properly wash the front of buses and are often damaged by bull bars. The InterClean Hybrid Bus Wash uses 60 bar high pressure to wash the front, roof and underchassis of your buses and incorporates 2 or 4 wrap around brushes to wash the sides and rear.

It is an innovative bus wash system that combines modern advancements in ‘cleaning chemistry’ technology with traditional friction methods. InterClean drive-through systems deliver a superior wash quality through specialist soap chemicals delivered through a modular arch system and the operation of 2 or 4 brushes that clean the sides and rear of the bus. InterClean has devised this bus wash system to overcome the difficulties that many bus washes encounter when negotiating the varying sizes and shapes of side mirrors and bull bars on today’s bus fleets.
At the heart of the InterClean Hybrid Bus Wash's cleaning performance is it's patented Centri-Spinner technology.The Centri-Spinner was originally designed by InterClean engineers and has become the most copied and duplicated component in the vehicle wash industry. It is practically maintenance free and requires only occasional speed adjustment (a 60 second adjustment). It's features include: power assisted zero degree nozzles; hydrodynamic rotational speed control; rotational speed range 60 – 200rpm; mechanical high pressure seal; 270 – 330 psi operational pressure; flow rate up to 1 litre per second; each Spinner is factory tested for 5,000 continuous hours; and 3 year warranty.
